李冬青，女，博士。

◇ 1997.9-2002.7   就读于武汉大学医学院临床医学专业

◇ 2003.9-2008.7   武汉大学医学院感染免疫方向攻读博士学位

◇熟练掌握分子生物学、生物化学及免疫学专业的多项先进的试验技术，包括siRNA靶向基因沉默技术、慢病毒表达系统的构建与包装技术、核糖体文库筛选多肽技术、Aptamers技术筛选DNA适配子、流式细胞仪及磁珠分选技术、GeneRacer技术；及常规的分子克隆技术如PCR技术、RT-PCR、质粒DNA提取及鉴定；常规的蛋白质检测技术如Western-blot、SDS-PAGE；常规的免疫学实验技术如ELISA、免疫组织化学技术、放射免疫检测技术等；同时能熟练操作细胞培养技术以及多克隆抗体、单克隆抗体的制备。
