8、目前主要科学研究领域和兴趣

  主要是开展感染与免疫的重要蛋白质的结构生物学研究，研究整个途径中的蛋白质而不是孤立的蛋白质的结构与功能的关系，鉴定一些癌症和免疫以及病原生物引起疾病相关热点突变体的结构，深入探讨这些蛋白质和复合物的结构与功能关系，蛋白质相互作用的位点和细节，蛋白质的构象改变，在此基础上探索肿瘤发生，免疫过程和病原生物致病的分子机制和具体过程。以此为基础鉴定这些蛋白质和高通量筛选得到的小分子化合物与蛋白质的复合物结构，以及突变体和相对应抗体的复合物的结构，随后进行子化合物和抗体药物的开发，复合物晶体结构和virtual screening为基础的药物高通量筛选及药物修饰和改造，同时为药物开发提供关键参数和理论指导。
