7、主要工作经历与任职

田宗文，男，医学博士。现任武汉大学基础医学院人体解剖学与组织胚胎学系副教授、。主要从事心脏蛋白质的质量控制及降解的研究工作。先后负责和参加多项湖北省及国家基金项目的研究工作。2009-2012年在美国Sanford School of Medicine of the University of South从事博士后研究，首次建立并运用T60A-PSMB5 Tg小鼠模型研究PSMB对心脏疾病的影响，在Circulation Research 等杂志发表多篇SCI论文。

心脏疾病的蛋白质质量控制与降解及分子机制研究。
