8、目前主要科学研究领域和兴趣

  ①阐明糖尿病发生、发展的分子机制, 尤其是胰岛素信号转导、脂联素信号转导的分子机制;②探讨蛋白质质量控制在重大疾病,如糖尿病、心血管等疾病发生中的作用;③探讨糖尿病与肿瘤的相互关系,及其潜在的机制。拟通过细胞和动物复制疾病模型,采用转基因或基因敲除鼠、分子生物学、形态学等多种手段探讨糖尿病的发生机制,及其与心血管疾病和肿瘤等疾病的相互关系。

       目前我们的研究兴趣集中在肥胖、糖尿病及其相关疾病,包括癌症的基本机制。我们正在研究蛋白质质量控制监管作用,特别是自噬和蛋白酶体诱导的蛋白降解在与肥胖相关的癌症发展中和脂肪细胞中的功能。我们也研究在癌症细胞和脂肪细胞中自噬和蛋白酶体之间的功能联系。
